Our virtual assistance rates are just as simple as they come, plus you’ll find we are very competitive and offer lower rates than most other VAs.

However, that does not mean we offer lower than excellent services, just lower rates to help you fit within your business budget! Hourly Rate-$35.00 billed in 15 minute increments, just that simple.

The hourly rate does not include any incidentals such as; long distance calls, postage, special paper, software, printing and/or anything necessary to complete your task.

New Clients and Projects estimated over $200.00 will require a 50% down payment and a signed contract before work commences.

Retainer Packages

Our retainer packages offer our clients an opportunity to retain us for a certain amount of hours per month and at the same time saving you money. Basically you determine how many hours you need our services on an ongoing basis and then you get two hours FREE! Can’t beat that!

For example: If you need a virtual assistant for 30 hours a month, you’re only going to pay $980.00 for those hours. That’s a $70.00 savings especially for you!

A signed contract and a 50% deposit required for new clients and projects estimated over $200.00 before work commences. Balance due upon completion of project. Hours do not roll over from month to month.

Retainer packages require a minimum of a 3 month signed contract for savings.
